Luxury RV Resort | Port St. Joe, Florida
In 2021, White Oak principals acquired and developed a luxury RV resort in Port St. Joe, Florida. Situated directly on Port St. Joe Bay, this 8.5-acre waterfront parcel was repurposed from a former elementary school to a 77-space, Class A recreational vehicle resort will full hook-ups, first-class amenities and professional onsite management. Given robust investor demand for RV-related properties after the pandemic, White Oak sold this property to a regional RV park operator in 2022.
